Ministry of Defense states that it has decided to register all citizens of Sri Lanka considering their security.The Defense Ministry says this decision was taken regarding the security situation of the country. Accordingly, all citizens are compulsory to register in the Ministry.The Defense Ministry says that facilities for online registration are available through www.citizen.lk website. There is a form to be filled and submitted.
