An LTTE terrorist was arrested by the VAVUNIYA police with two cyanide capsules near the Hospital square on Wends day (24). Subsequently, according to the information revelled by the suspect in the interrogations the police recovered 12 Claymore mines and 05 Claymore mine stands hidden in the MURRUKAN area in MANNAR. Further investigations are being conducted by the VAVUNIYA Police.
