Air Force fighter jet planes launched six air strikes and MI-24 fighter helicopter a single air strike today (30) on LTTE targets in KILINOCHCHI and MULLAITTIVU districts.The following targets were accurately hit according to Air Force sources.The air strike in MULLAITTIVU South around 8.30 am was launched to support 59 Division, in PARANTHAN, the air strike was launched around 8.45 am in support of Task Force 01 around 9.20, the Air Force fighter jet planes pounded on LTTE targets at KILINOCHCHI west in support of the 59 Division. The Task Force 01 was supported on ground by an air strike at PARANTHAN west around 12 noon around 12.45 noon, 59 Division was supported by an air strike by fighter jet planes at MULLAITTIVU South and around 1.10 pm. The Task Force 01 was assured by an air strike at PARANTHAN.Meanwhile MI-24 fighter helicopter pounded on LTTE targets at MULLAITTIVU West around 10.45 today.
